guys... Any december scans with check list or case complete? I know is almost imposible but it doesnt hurt to ask =)

My scan date is Dec 2nd. Still nothing. But I found a person from Facebook NVC group page who got CC with scan date Dec 2nd!!! I'm expecting to hear something soon.

USCIS

05/21/13: Priority Day

09/09/13: VSC to NSC

09/17/13: Processing at NSC

10/31/13: RFE

11/07/13: RFE Sent

11/20/13: NOA2

11/26/13: Case sent to NVC

NVC

12/18/13: Case Received

01/10/14: Case# and IIN

01/17/14: Completed DS-261

01/21/14: Paid AOS fee

01/25/14: Paid IV Fee

My daughter got cc last December 17. I should be very happy but nvc are still waiting for my husbands case complete so they can have their interview at the same time. My husband didnt have his case completed yet bcoz nvc are asking for another nbi (philippine police records) since it was close to expiration date when we sent it to them. So we sent them again a new one and they received it last January 2. So i have 60 days wait again. I am praying for a miracle his case will be completed before 60 days. I had been waitng for 8 months already. =( anyone also suffering from the 60 days wait?

Call then and ask them.., they will let you know :)

Hey! My last scan date is Dec. 4th (due to resending AOS doc after self reviewing and found a small erro ) , no CC yetL hoping time passes faster. I cannot handle the wait. 60 days seems like a lifetime..

Hoping for a miracle. All they ask from my husband is a philippine police record. Hoping it wont take 60 days.. The waiting is not even done yet after cc. Because another wait for his interview.
