So, Im all set. Passport in hand, package from embassy, my copy of the petition and also the x-rays.

When I am onboard, I the plane, I also fill in the green vwp and the customs form...then whI arrive at JFK, I join the line for non US citizens and hand in my stuff to the CBP officer. Have i missed something?!

I hope not!

09-SEP-2010 : Mailed I130 Petition to Chicago Lockbox.

16-SEP-2010 : Received NOA1.

24-SEP-2010 : Expedite: service request

05-OCT-2010 : Supporting documents sent to CSC.

16-OCT-2010 : RFE received.

19-OCT-2010 : RFE response received at CSC.

22-OCT-2010 : I130 Petition APPROVED.

30-OCT-2010 : NOA2 Received in Mail

Are you arriving on the K1?

Then why would you fill out the VWP form? You need to fill out the white I-94.

Yup, you need a regular I-94 this time. I was seated next to a Scotsman with a work visa on my flight back to Newark in January, and he had to correct the flight attendant when she tried to give him an I-94W.

I-94W=visa waiver=no visa. Doesn't apply this time! :)
