A Penthouse.

The city is the place for you. But not just anywhere in the city. Your ideal house is the highest floor on the highest building. Million dollar views from every window and the city night life at your door step. You like the fast paced world. A world which is always moving fast and never stagnant. You belong in a Penthouse.

A Country Estate.

You aren't much of a people person, and for this reason a country estate is more than ideal for you. The further from the city the better as far as your concerned. You enjoy the beauties of nature and the quietness of the country side. You belong in a country estate.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

A Waterfront House.

Your ideal house would be a Waterfront. Somewhere you can spend your days relaxing and admiring nature and the beauty of the world from your own home. The fast pace world of the city and suburbs would be left behind, leaving you to lap it up in your multi million dollar water front home.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

I don't need to take a quiz to answer this one. My dream house has 3 bedrooms, a study and a 2 car garage. It is near work and I got it for free.

;)

This made me laugh out loud! Really!

There's a difference between dream houses and REALITY dream houses.

My DREAM house has a library, music room, private gym, media room, techie room, guest house, and carriage house for the RV's. It's so big I have to hire a staff.

My REALITY dream house has a yard we can mow in 15 minutes, enough room for two people and a small quantity of junk, car storage and is on the bus lines.

My "dream" house has never been a large house. I like cozy! I think the location of my house would be more important than the number of rooms.

Let's see, I would like a detached stone cottage, L-shaped living/dining room with slate floors and a stone fireplace, a small kitchen with a door to the outside kitchen garden area. Upstairs, I would like to have three bedrooms, one to turn into an office. The other bedrooms should have fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The windows should all be large Georgian-style bay windows that give you a beautiful view of the ocean at the front of the house and rolling green fields out the back.

Oh, hang on, I've just described what I left to come here - what was I thinking?

Our journey started in 2001 and it's still not over. It's been a rollercoaster ride all the way! Let me off - I wanna be sick!

throw in high speed internet and no property taxes and you have a deal.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

A Castle.

Your ideal house would be a castle, perched high on a hill far from the stress and worries of everyday life in the cities. You love the isolation from society and would prefer to spend time strolling through the forests and admiring (or shooting) the native wildlife that you encounter than deal with the hustle and bustle of the cities and modern day life.

This so totally DID NOT choose my ideal home from the answers that I gave! Seriously. In the question about what do you do in nature I said look around and enjoy the beauty of it, NOT kill anything that moves! I answered the questions about water and beach I chose over city or top of the mountain, so I should have the beach house not the freakin castle on the peak! Yanno what threw it off? The Dungeon Master! I guess it figured I can't have a Dungeon Master if I don't have a castle. hmph....they need to get outta their box...all you need is a basement, or a hole in the ground...I don't need no stinkin castle to keep my Dungeon Master happy! :P

A Mansion.

The biggest house on the block is the house for you! Having the pool, the tennis court and the bowling alley appeal to you, but so does living close to the city. You like the high life and taking life in its stride, as well as making sure to flaunt what you have. For this reason a Mansion in the suburbs is where you belong.

Mansion... pfft

My dream house actually would not be extremely big (I prefer to clean the house myself than having a stranger in my house) have garage for 4, a small indoor gym, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (the one in the main bedroom would be real big with a huge tub and shower separated), a huge kitchen, dining room, living room, family room with fire place, laundry room, 1 room for the cats :P and last but not least, no damn carpets.

Ok someone explain the fascination with big kitchens to me. My wife feels the same way and I don't get it.

I think that is all Rey wants in a home. People who like to cook love to feel like they walked into their own gigantic cooking paradise I suppose. Unfortunately my apartment has a big bathroom, big living room, big bedroom, big dining area, huge storage spaces, etc. etc. plus a tiny tiny kitchen. :(

Cooking paradise, lol. Fine, as long as I don't get stuck with with cleaning all 50 miles of granite freakin' countertop.

And that sounds lke a nice place, Alex. I have tiny bathrooms which I think is much worse than a tiny kitchen. Even my 'master' bathroom is tiny.

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.
