after NOA2, moved forward to NVC, or Department of State?

Hello, plz help me here,

After NOA2, we just got the case update as the following:

Case Was Sent To The Department of State

On January 7, 2015, we sent your case, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXXXX, to the Department of State for visa processing. Please visit our website for general information on Consular Processing. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

As far as we know, NVC is a agent under Depart of State. However, I had read some VJ members said they had been waited for a long time to get NVC #,possibly their cases were wrongfully sent to Department of the State.

Could someone help me clear the question? thanks:)

oh oops I didnt save the correct embassy location. Thanks for the reminder. I had corrected it already.
