Today I got my RFE for AOS...asked me...to submit the Tax papers, all the financial papers again as well as...my wife did the Joint Sponsership with her parents(house hold member)..We sent the 4 yrs of Tax return which I sent with my AOS application in January....so what they asking now??????

getting confused here?????? does anyone face the same problem???? help me people.... tomorrow is my biometrics interview...

Make sure you send everything they asked for on the pink sheet. I got the same RFE, and I just basically resent everything again, this time making sure I included every single item on the list. You can add extra evidence such as pay stubs. BTW, did you include an employment letter?

Be very careful to send out the documentation they request, they are getting picky nowadays, one member here this week got their OAS denied because USCIS said their RFE was incomplete.

MAKE SURE EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE A COSPONSOR

YOUR WIFE HAS TO FILE THE AFFIDAD OF SUPPORT ALSO form 864
