Hello Members,

Does anyone know how long does it take from filing N 400 application in Omaha, NE to getting the Oath Ceremony? I am filing under the 5 year rule with a decent number of traffic tickets. I got my permanent green card through i 751 gfm waiver.

I don't understand the question, If it is regarding the tickets- so long as they were non-criminal citations, then they shouldn't cause a problem. If it is a general question as to time, then in this area (boston) it takes about 6 months from filing to swearing in, assuming there are no issues.
