At this point, pills seem to be top ranked; I will check with the doctor, but I did not know whether there is over the counter pills for this purpose, so we dont have to fill prescriptions all the time.

Clipping is out of the question as are condoms.Clipping is too permanent (I would need shears or secateurs if I were to go this route) and condoms are like eating candy wrapped in paper.I prefer meat on meat action.

Keep the real advice flowing into me(no pun intended).

she will need a prescription, there are no OTC birth control pills that I am aware of. Although many do not experience serious side effects, please be aware that strokes do happen to women using pills/patches/shots -- my doctors in the US are convinced they were the cause of my stroke.

Personally, I'd do the vascectomy.

And of course you are aware that there is no birth control method 100% guaranteed, unless you plan on not having sex at all.
