Good Day to All need some advice on my pending AOS got and RFE

The petitioner/sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of support, must submit a complete Federal income tax return submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for the most recent tax year.

( I tried getting online the 2014 transcript and it says A transcript is not available for the year you have requested. Please complete Form 4506-T or contact us at www.irs.gov. any idea what does it mean? )

The petitioner/sponsor's income on the Federal income tax return does not meet or exceed 125% (100% if military) of the poverty guideline. The petitioner/sponsor list their current income on Form I-864 as an amount to be considered as sufficient however, no evidence has been submitted as proof of current income.

Submit evidence of the petitioner/sponsor's current income. Such evidence should income:

Letter of employment containing the following

Dates of employment/Nature of the job/year salary earned.

Do i need to be the one filling up this form or will I request it from the HR? Thank you. God Bless ^_^

Go to your HR personnel and ask for employment verification. It contains all the information they are asking.

Plus, they want to see the company's letter head (company's logo, addresses, phone number, etc). It is best if you could get it in colors.
