Totally. Let us know what happens with your expedite request.

That was denied within a couple of days. The only time you see any action in the Service Center is when they want to make you shut up and go away. You can tell what kind of day I'm having ....

Then things have changed. They are processing files way outwith the published timescales. You cannot educate yourself on how they work. Even the agents don't know how they work, when they actually do

Oh I must have missed that. At least you know you're doing everything in your power, right? My heart hurts for all the TSC people. Right now I'm angry for all the people in the months before me. I'll have my turn soon to know exactly how it feels. Edited by April+Daniel
