How long K-1 fillers processing in NVC

super slow, i mean 60 days to review a set of papers, god forbid there is something wrong there goes another 60 days. i miss my hubby =(

It was 19 days from NOA2 to NVC giving us a case number. Every time we phoned they said wait 35 days but we persisted. Good luck.

The holidays are over I think it's gonna be faster now at least I hope so am in the same boat as you guys are good luck to us by the way did YALL get ure case numbers ? I got mine so we ll see

Pheebs1201 My timeline is semilar to yours. I keep watching yours as well to see if your case been forward to the embassy but my case now is in AP so there is no telling how long I will be stuck there.

Sally & sarif,I have my case number and I be checking CEAC to see any updates on my case but it still say its in NVc. I wonder if the electronic system really updates immediately once case is send to embassy

O gosh I was not aware that AP was after assigning the case number. I thought it was before. I received my case number on the 31st and hoped that today I will see updated status on CEAC.

Did you get any sort of notification? I always thought that the AP thing is before giving the case number. I hope they will ship your packet shortly.

No notification, I found out because i call them every other day....I hope now that the holidays are over my case will be soon forward to the embassy. I'm just gioing to wait till atlease Friday but I been reading around and notice that some people been on AP for months. i hope this is not my case

I hope its not mine either! If my status won't change by Friday I will have my finace ring them. I want this process to be SO over

We were told too wait 30 days before contacting them. On the 31 day I called NVC and was told that it was mailed to the Embassy the day before. Five days later the Embassy sent an email to me for the next step. It seems too me that if there is a delay it could be due too problems with background check, holidays slow reviews etc. etc. Government wheels turn very, very slow. Good luck

The same me whewww. What did you put for shipper's reference on DHL page to track your packet? I put EXP 05 JAN 2015A but it's not working for me.
