Hey guys! I am new here! I have lil prob about my middle name when I filled up my aos I did not use my maiden name to middle name. I just dropped my maiden name and change it to my husband last name. Is there anybody here has the same situation? I came from Philippines! Pls help!

I did that too.

Many people who come from countries where having 2 or more last names is common, make that mistake of misusing the first last name as a 'middle name'. That is wrong!

For example: Julianna Smith Brown

First name: Juliana

Middle name: Does not exist

Last name: Smith Brown

Her middle name would have been 'Marie' or 'Katie' not Smith. Smith is part of her Last Name. Many of my friends make that same mistake! I have two last names and when I filed out my formd I put both my last names as THE last name. I dropped my maiden names just like you guys, but if you don't have a middle name, do not use a last name instead, it is wrong!
