Which AOS i864? or i 864ez? Plz help

Hello VJ..

I m new to this site this is my first post.Just want to give some an idea.Got married Sep 2014.I m the petitioner filed I130 and got approved on Dec 8th.Now waiting for case number..I have a question regarding AOS I864 form where people getting checklist.I m the only sponsor for my husband.I have my parents who lives in US.I was not working for the past 5 months so my w2 of 2014 is gonna show low income(got married stayed with my hubby).But I got my tax transcripts for 2013,2012 & 2011.When I filed tax I always put my parents as my dependent.Just got a new job so my new annual income is gonna be 32000+. Now my question is which form i should use i864ez? Please reply

Oct 31st 2014 I130 sent

Nov 7th 2014 NOA 1

Dec 8th 2014 NOA 2

Dec 23th 2014 NVC received

Feb 4th 2015 Case number 

Feb 5th 2015 DS261 completed 

Feb 6th 2015 AOS fee (paid in process) 

Feb 9th 2015 Sent AOS and IV package 

Feb10th 2015 AOS fee PAID and DS261 reviewed 

Feb 10th 2015 AOS and IV package received(SCAN DATE) Got email confirmation  60days

Feb 11th 2015 IV fee (paid in process) 

Feb 12th 2015 DS260 available 

Feb 12th 2015 IV fee PAID

Feb 16th 2015 DS260 completed 

Mar 20th 2015 Case Complete without checklist

I was told by an NVC representative that they only look at the latest tax returns.

You can check the income requirements here: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

If you dont meet the income requirements you gonna need to find another sponsor so you can meet the income requirements. You can use your brothers income or sisters. Just file another I-864 with their income.

You need to put the annual adjusted gross income part 6 line 13a. That income can be found on Line 22 of the tax returns.

01/27/2015 = I-912 Approved

02/02/2015 = NOA1 Received (Priority Date 01/15/2015)

02/07/2015 = Biometrics Letter Received (Bio Set for 02/20/2015)

02/25/2015 = In Line for Interview

04/03/2015 = Interview Completed

--- = Oath Letter Received

04/15/2015 = Oath Ceremony!

06/02/2020 - Filed I-130 Online

06/02/2020 - NOA1 Received

07/01/2020 - Back to U.S from India 

01/11/2021 - NOA2 Received & Petition Approved
