Hi guys, sorry if I have lots of questions about the k1 process, were scheduling my interview very soon.. We have a question about the tax returns, since my fiancé started her new job March 2014, she doesn't have her new tax return papers for 2014. Is it ok to go to the interview without them? I only have her w2 and the employment letter showing how much she's making/ hour .. Sorry guys I'm really nervous. Thanks :)

she will not have tax return for 2014 because taxes are not file until April 15th of the next year.2014 taxes will be file April 15th 2015. Does she have tax returns for 2013, you need tax returns for 2013 .You can also bring the w-2 forms and the employment letter. The Philippines do not usually allow joint sponsor for a k-1 fiancé visa

Thanks for the response :). Yup she has her tax returns for 2013, yeah she's earning above the required income level so I think we're ok. I have her employment letter showing how much she makes and the w2 plus her bank statements for the past 3 months. I'll just bring the old one then. Thanks
