Urgent Help before filing

I came to US last year on 15th may 2013 on CR1 visa and my CR1 is expiring on 15^th may 2015.

I have a few question related my permanent address before filing I-751

When I came here first time me and my spouse was living in my laws house and then after few months getting of green card .We moved to rented house is near to my in laws house but still our permanent address is same in ours IDs and all utilities and bank accounts are with my in laws house address. Because my in laws house is our permanent address.

In form I-751

Question (22):- Have you resided at any address since you became resident if yes then attach all list of address,

Do I need to select (yes) or (no) because my permanent address is still my in laws house

please suggest me

How can your permanent address still be your in laws house? Do you live there more than 50% of the time since you moved to your rental house?

I would suggest answering the question with No and give them a list of all addresses. You should also get your IDs & accounts changed to the new address, if you are really living their.

But maybe somebody else can provide you more insight.

Also, make sure to submit the lease (for the rental house) together with your evidence if it shows both names.

You list all of the addressess that you have lived. How are your utility bills showing your in-laws home address? What bills are you paying at the current home?
