hello dear friends

my k3 visa denied at us embassy pakistan on few days ago and i am so sad about it well the officer interviewed me asked bubdle of questions and i answered each question correctly in the last he told me i got married for immigration the reason i guess was that i married with U.S citizen she is 39 and i am 23 years old, culuture difference etc.

when he denied my visa he just gave back my passport and kept my other original documents like marraige, birth, police certificate and medical reports i dont know why they keep my those documents i still waiting for that documents. and plz let me know anyone that how my visa case will go now how we can appeal and when? what we need to do for next time?

06-Jun-2011 Received Renunciation Surrender Certificate from India Embassy.....grrr $ 190 bucks for one small tiny seal humph!!!

they just marked that section 221(g) nothing more marked there in that letter

I got Sec 221 g paper too on my interview time...but they wrote for more evidence needed..which I did...and got my K1 visa

no they didnt ask for more documents from me just gave back my passport and told me that i got married for immigration purpose so under that section we cant give u visa we r going to close ur case and send back ur file to USA if u have any question u may contact home land security in USA.

do u have any idea why they still keep my original documents?

They determined the application to be immigration fraud. They will return the entire package to the U.S. They aren't interested in more evidence.

It is definitely coming back here to the USA. Its gonna take a while. Not saying that to discourage you, but I wouldnt lie. Nor am I am expert in the matter, but my husbands case was returned too. If you want to talk, we can do so in the mailboxes.

They determined the application to be immigration fraud. They will return the entire package to the U.S. They aren't interested in more evidence.

They obviously don't have 'evidence' of immigration fraud or they could just deny it. Sending it back for review by the USCIS is the next best thing to them.

Well I know that you can appeal but your wife have to do so with DHS over here in US. I don't think that the consulate or the department of state would do anything as it is within their powers to deny an application. I am sorry but this is a fact. Try asking your wife to call USCIS and ask them or maybe go to an immigration office and talk to them.

you 1st need to address on the Islambad thread.

secondly what did the 221g paper say. are you sure its 221g or was it 212? need more information.
