No he' in the philippines

Then he's not qualified for adjustment of status and he is not qualified to be a US citizen.

Did you file an i130?

im a u.s citizen since 2010 and im filling petition for my son who turned 18 yrs old last august,is he illigeble to be u.s citizen?

hi

no, he won't derive your citizenship

to derive citizenship upon entry to the US, he would have needed to get his visa and enter the US BEFORE he turned 18.

If you have been a USC since 2010, why didn't you file sooner, to ensure that he entered before he turned 18?

he will enter as a LPR, and wait for 5 years to apply for citizenship with the N400 if he wants to become a USC
