My NVC experience has been mind boggling . Send my package on AUG 31 with all attached docs. Got a Check List request on SEP 4 asking me for a police certificate that was attached to the original email. Sent it in again on SEP 5. Been calling NVC and reps keep on telling me that it takes 20 days for someone to review it. Called today and reps says they never got it. Sent it in again fro the 3rd time, the same document that NVC already received in my original email. I can't wait 20 days every time I send a document.

I sent my i-130 on jan 3rd and it was recieved at the phoenix lockbox today jan 5th..... Hopefully this process goes by fast !! Good luck to everyone

Hi i have same case Can u confirm is your case is approved ? where is your case ( Step ) ?

my Husband is green holder in US My Husband applied I-130 for me on 3rd March , recent i had received status on 14th sep i.e my case was received at Local office. anyone tells me that what's the next step ? or anything worried about status ?

Just called NVC ....scan date was September 1st but I was told it might go up to October 15th to get it reviewed... if it's not reviewed by October 15th I can get a supervisor to review it by calling NVC again...oh lord how much longer

Anyone else get anything similar...please let me know

Scan date September 1st...28 days and counting :clock:

I have seen people get a CC in less than 21 days or around 21 days...It's been 28 days for me..is this a bad sign?? ..someone please help...i am freaking out at this point.I would call NVC but they won't be of any help as I know what they'll say.....
