Can you ask NVC for case expedite if it's taking too long for case to get processed. What is the criteria for an expedite?

Can you ask NVC for case expedite if it's taking too long for case to get processed. What is the criteria for an expedite?

You can of course request an expedite, but taking too long isn't a valid reason. You will need to demonstrate medical problems, military deployment orders, or several financial loss.

Congrats. I just got case complete today. I'm wondering how can assume how long would it take to get an interview date !!!!

I just got case complete too. I have been reading on other posts that you can call everyday to find out what your interview date is

I-130 application mailed: 05.01.15

NOA1 received: 05.04.15

NOA2 approved: 06.03.15

Still waiting for CC?. NVC received my documents since August 31st. Hoping for a CC soon based off of others timeframe/timeline. My husband birthday is November 5 really hope we can spend it together

I caĺled NVC on Thursday and they told me they don't get my police certificate and told me to send it as soon as possible but still I don't get any checklist. Should I send the police certificate or I have to wait till I receive a checklist email? Confused. ....

It's better to send it right away. Well in my case I sent them the police certificate and they missed it but instead they sent me a checklist. So my whole application is being delayed due to their error.
