thank you! has this changed recently, I read the wiki nvc "suggest putting each package in a separate manila envelope (and clearly mark it and write "AOS" or "IV" on each one), then putting both manila envelopes inside one shipping envelope"

from document cover sheet nvc sends, I would think everything together in an envelope.(aos/docutments). i have 2 petitions at nvc.(wife/stepchild)... i would like to send them in 1 package separate envelopes....could i do this or they need to be separate packages?

Hi,

I will be sponsoring as the petitioner but I also need a joint sponsor. Does the joint sponsor fill out the same I 864 as me and mark 1st joint sponsor on the top. OR is there a different I 864 for joint sponspor?

Also, wil they count mine and joint sponsor income to meet the requirement? I am not exactly how it will work. I called NVC but that was no help.

Yes put AoS in one envelope, put IV and one envelope, then put the AoS and IV envelope into one larger shipping envelope

I do not know if you need separate packages or not, I would guess yes because it is two different petitions and you do not want them to be confused as to which documents belong with which petition

I called nvc this morning, they told me put both aos/documents together in one envelope....the wiki says separate...maybe this changed recently...

Did you file tax returns for 2012, 2013 and 2014? If you did, please request copies directly from IRS at the following link:

http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

You will get the transcripts in mail.

That is all you need to send with AOS.

Awaiting an interview date at the moment. Not sure if it's the same everywhere at the moment, but apparently there are no interviews in London in September, so it's looking like October
