our case was transfered to nvc on june 22.. but until now there's still no news. call them every day but they not answered the phone. i don't know what i have to do now.. hiksss..

True... its so hard to wait now especially because I am past the 5 month mark. Mine is at TSC ..where's yours being processed?

same at TSC . its taking way longer than expected . its killing curiosity now.

What was your PD and where was it being processed? At least you have the approval, you know moved from point to another but I am stuck at intial review and when I call I don't get an answer... it's so frustrating and emotially draining for both of us ...we just want to be together now.. hope god answers my prayers soon .

Did you try calling customer service? I called on July 10, 2015 and they told me they are processing December 2, 2014 ... then how come others with similar PD are getting approved and not me or you. I wonder if there's anything we can do ... what's your notice date ..my PD is Jan 21 but notice date is Jan 23. If you find out anything please let me know. If I do I'll let you know.

What was your PD and where was it being processed? At least you have the approval, you know moved from point to another but I am stuck at intial review and when I call I don't get an answer... it's so frustrating and emotially draining for both of us ...we just want to be together now.. hope god answers my prayers soon .

my pd is jan 9. at tsc..

yeaaa this is so frustrating.. i just want to be together with my husband..

30-Dec-2014: Married

19-Jan-2015: I-130 Sent

21-Jan-2015: NOA

16-Jul-2015: NOA 2 (No RFE's! Yayy)

15-Jul-2015: Case sent to NVC

22-Jul-2015: Case received by NVC

5-Aug-2015: Case # and IIN assigned

6-Aug-2015: Filled and submitted DS-261

7-Aug-2015: AOS fee invoiced and paid(Status: In Process)

10-Aug-2015: AOS fees changed to PAID

10-Aug-2015: AOS and IV packages sent

12-Aug-2015: AOS and IV packages received(SCAN DATE)

13-Aug-2015: DS-261 reviewed over the phone

14-Aug-2015: IV fee invoice received

15-Aug-2015: IV fee paid(Status: In Process)

19-Aug-2015: IV fee status changed to PAID

19-Aug-2015: DS-260 completed

It may take 1 or 2 weeks....

I got approval from TSC on June 27 ....file sent to NVC on July 2 and received by NVC on July 10.

Wait another week, if it has not been updated on USCIS, then you can call the NVC to see if they have received your case. (Usually takes at least 2 weeks after approval)

but im not...

approval from tsc on june 8. sent to nvc on june 22.. and there'is no news from nvc until now..
