Hello guys! I am so disheartened now. Our priority date is Jan 21st and we still haven't gotten an approval yet. My husband called the USCIS today and they told him Texas was working on cases from Dec 2 still.

Does anyone know what is going on? Are we the only ones who haven't gotten an approval by now? We are so tired now.

30-Dec-2014: Married

19-Jan-2015: I-130 Sent

21-Jan-2015: NOA

16-Jul-2015: NOA 2 (No RFE's! Yayy)

15-Jul-2015: Case sent to NVC

22-Jul-2015: Case received by NVC

5-Aug-2015: Case # and IIN assigned

6-Aug-2015: Filled and submitted DS-261

7-Aug-2015: AOS fee invoiced and paid(Status: In Process)

10-Aug-2015: AOS fees changed to PAID

10-Aug-2015: AOS and IV packages sent

12-Aug-2015: AOS and IV packages received(SCAN DATE)

13-Aug-2015: DS-261 reviewed over the phone

14-Aug-2015: IV fee invoice received

15-Aug-2015: IV fee paid(Status: In Process)

19-Aug-2015: IV fee status changed to PAID

19-Aug-2015: DS-260 completed

21st-Sept-2015: Put on supervisor review :(

03-Nov-2015: Case Complete!!

14-Dec-2015: Interview Day!!!

Actually that's what they have been telling me for the past month. Just right now I received an email and text message CASE APPROVED

PD January 13th. Thank god

Hello guys! I am so disheartened now. Our priority date is Jan 21st and we still haven't gotten an approval yet. My husband called the USCIS today and they told him Texas was working on cases from Dec 2 still.

Does anyone know what is going on? Are we the only ones who haven't gotten an approval by now? We are so tired now.

I'm on the same boat. Priority date is January 21st and still haven't got anything... Still waiting... NSC

For people about to go through NVC, just thought I'd let you know our timings so far to give you a rough idea of how it's going

May 28th - NOA2

14 days later - Received by NVC

13 days later - Case number assigned

9 days later - NVC welcome letter received

3 days later (yesterday) - Able to log in and choose agent and pay AOS fee (website was down over the weekend)

Quite happy with progress so far :)

I got my approval June 24, PD Jan 26 from TSC....

Have you guys tried calling the USCIS? Because it totall worked for us. My husband called them twice on 6th of July. And then suddenly we got the approval the very same day. And I have seen that happen to so many people on this forum. So I would suggest calling everyday until you get approved. It helped in our case.
