We are the most unlucky peoples who are not approved yet i have seen many peoples in late Jan or Feb even in March they got approval from same service center where my file stuck....

I do not understand one thing that fiance of US citizen can get visa in 3-6 months and spouse are getting visa after 12-18 moths (if AP not happen then) is this make sense... i know fiance needs to get married and AOS blah blah in states but at least they are living with their loved ones here we are spouses sitting back our homes without our love ones and waiting for the approvals and etc

I wish someone can change this rule or do something for us in US GOVT.

Still Waiting! PD is 1/12/2015.

I called them to ask about how this stupid system works where people from later dates are getting approved in same visa center. They said it depends on lot of factors like who is looking at your case, where the file is(we all at NSC so that doesnt make any sense) and others. As for others, she did not elaborate!...

At first I thought files move unofficially based on countrywise along with PD but it does not look like it either! IT IS COMPLETELY FREAKING RANDOM!

Can't do anything but wait but it is frustrating ><

Wow, I am surprised.

Just saw the approval on website

I had called them on Monday to inquire and they said NSC is still processing December 16, 2014 cases.

I was disappointed but now am so happy.

My PD was 1/5/2015 at NSC

Goodluck to all January filers who are still waiting. You all should be approved pretty soon.

Finally approved!!! PD is 1/12/2015

The timing on approval was bit off from their estimation date but it should not take more than a month from estimated 5 month approval date for the rest of the cases

Good luck to those are who are stuck. I feel you!

I think something is off here. The interview call is one of the last steps in this process. Call them again and confirm this bias with another employee working for USCIS. If another person gives the same statement, I am afraid your case is unique and I have no idea! ><

I agree! Call USCIS tomorrow - we all know a lot of them are unknowledgeable and they may have given you incorrect information thinking you were at a later stage etc.
