YEAH!!! I had to call Racael and wake her with the news even though it was 3 AM in Kenya. Our petition has been approved after 149 days at TSC. thanks for everyone on the board. Your being here makes this so much better. Now we'll see what's ahead on the next leg of the adventure.

M.B, I hope you'll get yours soon. You can start preparing you I-864 docs. Re-check and re-check for any mistake.

I got a checklist because they couldn't find my husband's I-864, it really sucks.

I wish but still waiting.... I already submitted in 64 (affidavit of support ) together with form I 130 .....I don't know why mine is late..... hope I will hear good news in the next two days...

M.b no I didn't submit the affidavit of support at that time as I didn't have an income tax return yet for 2014. I do now and I've got my earlier transcripts ready. Tomorrow I'm going to ask for them to mail the 2014 transcript.

Our PD is Jan. 27th and we haven't heard anything yet. My husband called with anger and he was told that our case is still on pending. Hopefully we will get something soon. Praying hard. NSC...please remember us.

Received the hard copy NOA2 yesterday.

Just checked our status and our case was sent to NVC yesterday also :D

"On June 5, 2015, we sent your case, Receipt Number LIN**************, to the Department of State for visa processing. Please visit our website for general information on Consular Processing. "

Just called NVC, and they received our case yesterday.

So 2 weeks after approval (6 days after leaving Nebraska) :)

Was told to call back in 30 days for a case number.
