I got a checklist because they couldn't find my husband's I-864, it really sucks.

Congrats for the approved ones. I am still waiting for mine! Hopefully soon for the rest of us! What's next step after I-130 gets approved? Do you guys have any link or checklist of documents that I need to collect/get ready while I am waiting?

I am very disappointed after waiting such a long time and they askede more additional evidence request. I did not get the hard paper yet

How did they ask you for an additional evidence? If you don't mind me asking, did you call them or they emailed you about it.

How did they ask you for an additional evidence? If you don't mind me asking, did you call them or they emailed you about it.

I called them and then three days later when I checked case status I seen that... I applied for my husband and my two stepson.
