January 2015 I-130 filers!

I was out of town for work and was anxious to check my case status after the good news that many January filers are getting approved.

Unfortunately my status is still the same "Case was received"

Priority date January 7 in Nebraska.

Hopefully it will approve soon.

congratulations to you all who got approved, and I'm just wondering how come there are almost no approvals for the month of january in texas service center. at least I'm glad nebraska are doing really a lot better, they are at 4 months now from PD.

Still waiting, not as patiently as before leaving to go back home after a wonderful 10 trip to see Hubby, please God this will be the last of these horrible goodbyes.

We're still waiting (TSC, PD: January, 16th). I hope and pray the waiting will be over soon for everyone else, and things will speed up during the next stages... We're being patient and hope we will be together soon!

On June 2, 2015, we updated your date of birth for your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number ##### If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

At least that is fixed and i can finally see my updates!!!

OMG Im so happy. Approved PD JAn 5th.

I was on the phone with USCIS like an hour a go asking why my case was taking so long . I was almost crying ( this process is driving me crazy) half and hour later receive the message I was Approveddd. )))

I was told by a friend to call once a month, but call everyday on the last week.
