Tnx...but you do have joint bank account statement...and family n friends at your wedding, but the case Im talking about has had no family...no friends...no reception pics...no pics of both parties to be together going anywhere else coz USC-spouse left for US right 3 days of wedding...no any bank account opened jointly...etc...They have only marriage certificate, marriage pic, one pic together and a lots of emails of their courtship prior to the marriage. That's all.

Yes I had my husband send me an online bank statement that I printed out here. Ur constant emails, Ur travel tickets/boarding passes , anything that shows communication between you and your wife

M.B. sigh!! I know, me too, looking at the exact same message day in, day out - ugh. They should have a little meter that goes up each day or each week or something, a little map with a car driving along the road and at the end of the road is one's

destination. At least we would see some process.

Okay so the VSC is now working on Petitions with NOA 1 dates January 9.

SO the NOA 1 date is the received date or the notice date?

Our received date is January 9 and notice date January 12...that means we should here from them (very) soon, right?

sigh, mine is with Nebraska and that service centre is 3 months behind!! boo, so unfair. My priority date is January 21st, 2015, and their processing date is the 3rd week in October - ugh, ugh, ugh............siggghhhh

oh, well, I have lots to get done here anyways, but, still, I'd be really twisted if I didn't and just waiting to get there, but the service centre being 3 months behind all the other centres........
