Sironhill, sigh, yes, what you say is true, and, when I look at all the things that need to be done before I move, the timing will, GOD willing, be perfect timing. I have to get my daughter moved to another city to complete her Masters of Social Work, I have to pack up and move my Mom closer to my brother prior to my move, I have to pack up my own house and fine a renter. Whenever I start kvetching about the time, it's really because I'm desperately missing my husband, and, according to my kvetching, I miss him ALOT!!

I wish you all the best in your journey.

Doesn't it get approved at like NOA 1 or 2? I have a case number so that should me its approved right?

NOA2 is the approval notice. Case numbers are given by NVC, NOA 1 you get a receipt number. If NVC issued you a case number than yes you have been approved

Hubby just received an email from USCIS that Nebraska Service Center approved our i-130 application yesterday and that they will be mailing the Notice of Approval (NOA2). The USCIS website says the same when we checked our case status. We are so over the moon! Thanks be to God!
