expedite? do you both live abroad?

Did not expedite, but I do live in the UAE while my husband is based in Alabama. We are really thankful about our approval since we are expecting to receive our NOA2 around July- August. I think most of the service centers are approving petitions randomly. My husband and I are just hoping and praying that the NVC process with be as fast.

good luck with your process, hope it will all go smooth

shanelle, at least you can check your case. mine is still unrecognized, we filled service request to see why it's not showing. Tier2 said they have some isses with web page and when my husband kinda complained about Nebraska being very slow she said it's actually isn't that backloged anymore...so who knows maybe we'll get our NOA2 soon (but I doubt, I'm thinking they always say that)

Slironhill, well, I'm not holding my breath : ) and, I just have to trust that GOD's timing is perfect in this, that is the only thing that pacifies me at times.........I still have to get my daughter moved in August to enroll her in Masters Program, but, dang, some days I nearly go crazy from missing my husband......

I hear ya... my hubby says I should talk to USCIS cause emotions are going wild like I'm having PMS almost whole month hahahah like that would convice them (allthough might make them scared  )

Honestly dont know what to tell you, I want it to happen ASAP but the timing at the end of the year is actually perfect because of the puppies, the one that's coming with me will be just the right age for travelling at the end of the year

OMG, laughed so darn hard @ your PMS line. I know what you are talking about, some days, I feel like a cat on a hot tin roof!! USCIS might be afraid of us overly emotional women.

Puppies, did you say PUPPIES??!! what breed of dog?

Yes, financially, the end of the year is better for me too as they take less taxes off if I retired in January, but, the thought of moving in the winter time - UGH.

some days, what you mean some days?? MOST of the days

yeah, we'll have puppies end of october I think, maybe November Great dane puppies :luv:

I'm bringing one of them with me to US so it's very important to go while he's not so huge. If it's gonna be slow like so far with the whole process he'll be aprox 5 months by the tie we leave...

I'm terrified about moving during winter...yuck yuck (specially if it's gonna be hard and strong like this year)... or should I say living also ehehhehe

Hi! I got my NOA1 on 21st of January 2015 but since then we haven't heard anything! I keep on checking the USCIS case status, but it hasn't changed. It has been saying "Your Case Was Recieved". Does anyone know if the case statuses do change? or do they just changed from recieved to approved? should i keep on checking the case status? because it is depressing!

Also the estimated time on my timeline keeps on getting pushed back! what is up with that?! Tired already. I think the USCIS part is the worst.

Have any of the January filers heard anything?
