If the babe is born before the interview, you will be able to bring him/her along to the interview and include them in your application. If it's early enough, you can contact KCC and add them to your DS-260. If it's too close to the interview, just contact the embassy and notify them that you have a new born baby that you wish to bring along to the interview. Just make sure you have their birth certificate and passport ready before the interview. You will also need to have a medical examination for them too.

If the baby is born after the interview, you can travel along with the baby. There is a special procedure done at the port of entry for such cases and they will be processed at the port of entry.

Regards,

Speak to the embassy at interview. There is a procedure where you can take the baby without a visa (but it will need a passport and birth certificate) after your visas have been issued but before first entry, they will be able you give you the proper info.
