221G issued in Sydney for K1 Visa - processing time?

My fiance had his K1 visa interview in Sydney on 30 December 2014. He was issued a 221G for "incomplete medical exam". His medical exam was complete, however, his panel physician was unaware of a change in forms in October (the month he had his medical) and provided an outdated form in his sealed envelope with the medical results.

He has been to see the panel physician a second time and will be submitting the updated documents once he receives his prepaid toll satchel from the consulate. Does anyone know how long Sydney typically takes to process documents for 221G once received?

As you can imagine, this is very frustrating for us, especially since it is due to someone else's mistake. We are trying to plan the next steps and cannot do that until the visa is in hand, but would like to have some sort of idea of what timeframe we are looking at for the documents to be processed.

Thanks,
