I'm so confused myself. Our interview is on 2/23. I created my husband's profile today, selected where to pick up visa, and then when I entered the case number it said that it's not found and to try later if case # is correct. I called VAC twice today and I guess I'll be calling them next week again. Do you have any idea why it will say SDO# not found

I went thought that as well and when calling VAC they told me to print a receipt with visa fee and go pay banco popular. After 24-48 hours it should clear abd allow you to schedule a interview. Msg me if you need me to tell you how to pring that receip.. hope this help. Good luck!

This is so confusing. I am being asked to schedule the day of Interview myself, and the day for fingerprints.

What I don't have is the day to schedule a medical exam prior to the interview. When do we get a letter that will allow her to go and get her medical done? There are dates as close as January 30, and I'd like to go to the interview as soon as possible.

Anyone know?

Schedule the tow interview, then once you know your interview date, with the confirmation page she go to do the medical.

Remember do the medical ten days before interview.

Sho goes do the medical and she need pick up the results when they tell her.

And the system just hung up on me - closed for the day right at 6PM on the dot.

I was specifically told she could not schedule the medical with the confirmation page, that I had to wait for a letter or have her go to the interview without the medical exam.
