Hi everyone,

Our case was touched on August 4th and we have today received the NOA advising our case has been transferred from TSC to Vermont Service Centre to speed up processing.....

Our NOA1 date is January 21st so was expecting approval any time soon rather then a transfer.

Does any one have any insight into why they would do this so late in the process?

Mailed off the I-129f on 1/13/15 and saw that it was delivered this morning. It feels good to start the process and now the waiting begins

FYI to all ya'll at CSC, you really shouldn't be complaining about waiting weeks for your NAO2 when the USCIS stated processing time is 5 months for the I-129f. Your timeline on VJ is not a cornerston

That's really interesting, Tab. Maybe they are using the Vermont Center again.

Well finally after 10 LONG months, 2 transfers and 1 RFE we have our approval!!!

Fingers crossed xmas mail doesn't hold up the next steps too much :)
