He goes all the way to his interview this morning and they told him they had to reschedule because of a "administrative issue" what ever that means :ranting: . I will get more details soon. We are now rescheduled for Tuesday. Im just glad he didn't have to travel really far to get there. I will keep you all updated.

Mailed off the I-129f on 1/13/15 and saw that it was delivered this morning. It feels good to start the process and now the waiting begins

FYI to all ya'll at CSC, you really shouldn't be complaining about waiting weeks for your NAO2 when the USCIS stated processing time is 5 months for the I-129f. Your timeline on VJ is not a cornerston

My visa has been approved today at the Moscow Embassy! Very friendly officer and smooth interview!!!

Administrative issue, what a shame. I also received a letter from US consulate London with my name spelling mistake ( I am assuming it as a typing error). or should i inform them about it ?

3/11/15 - Embassy in Warsaw received papers, status changed to ready

3/31/15 - Medicals booked for 4/16/15

4/26/15 - Interview booked for 5/26/15

Guys, I'm the beneficiary here and I'm single but my fiancé had been divorced before, so I just want to ask if my fiancé still needs to send me the copy of his divorce decree too for my interview? Do he needs to send the original one or only a Xerox copy of it?

About the divorce decree. Your fiance was supposed to send it in along with the i-129f, which he probably did to prove he is free to marry (don't laugh but sometimes people forget to do so, so ask). If he did you don't need to have it for the interview. If you feel safe and want to know the exact date of his divorce you can ask him to send you an electronic copy so in case visa officer asks about his divorce and how their marriage ended you know the facts.
