Can anybody please let us know about the average stay of petition with NVC? As NVC received our petition some days before 12 Mar and still the status shows that our petition is with NVC.

Thanks

I'd say 2 weeks is still normal, however most of them take less and there are also cases that are stuck there for a longer time. So it really depends.

Thank you for your kind reply, by the way your petition stay at NVC was short one. I hope they release our petition next week. Good luck to you for your interview and pray for us :)

Does anyone know if Supplemental Security Income SSI should be given for 1-29 Visa income requirements? I make more than enough money for support but my child gets SSI from his Veteran father as part of child support. Does this disqualify me since he gets this Means Tested benefit? He is disabled veteran my X

Yes, we check CEAC update 3-4 times every hour since 12 March but nothing is happening. and i guess calling them again and again will be nonsense as they are just agent and they can't do any thing about it . they just give you information what ever they found on their system.
