Mailed off the I-129f on 1/13/15 and saw that it was delivered this morning. It feels good to start the process and now the waiting begins

FYI to all ya'll at CSC, you really shouldn't be complaining about waiting weeks for your NAO2 when the USCIS stated processing time is 5 months for the I-129f. Your timeline on VJ is not a cornerston

Finally received our NOA2 yesterday! It probably would have been in early February, but we forgot my letter of intent. So excited to be onto the next step and NVC

Congratulations all of you who have received your NOA2s and are proceeding along with your next steps! I filed the I-129F for my fiancé on 01/23/2015. I received the NOA1 on 01/29/2015. So far our case is still at the TSC :( shout out to any thee Cambodian and American couples on visa journey!

Only today the case was updated online and RFE is sent. I have no idea why they told me they have mailed it on feb 6??? The CSC is catching up with TSC in being super slow???

Now waiting for the hard copy to see what they want...

1/13/15- Received by USCIS

1/15/15- Notice date

1/24/15- Received hard copy NOA1 in mail

2/18/15- APPROVED - text message 9:30pm

2/24/15- NOA2 - received in mail

3/5/15 - Case # assigned by NVC

3/9/15 - In transit to embassy

3/11/15 - Embassy in Warsaw received papers, status changed to ready

3/31/15 - Medicals booked for 4/16/15

4/26/15 - Interview booked for 5/26/15

5/26/15- :dancing::dancing::dancing: VISA APPROVED!!!

08/24/15- Enter to USA

09/12/15- Married

10/06/15- AOS- send

10/07/15- packet received at USCIS Chicago lock box

10/14/15- NOA1 - text, email received this morning

10/29/15- received text RFE on the way :(

11/3/15 - RFE received in the mail

11/4/15 - response to RFE send

11/17/15- received text - mail returned by post office on form I-765 and I-485

12/1/15- AP approved- 56 days - text/email received

12/1/15- EAD approved- 56 days - text/email received

12/5/15 - AP/EAD approval notice received in the mail

12/7/15 - Finally receive appointment letter for biometrics 12/22/15

12/8/15 - Did walk in biometrics

12/8/15 - AP/EAD card ordered

12/14/15- EAD/AP Card received in the mail

2/10/16- AOS- card ordered :dancing:

2/16/16- GC was mailed

2/19/16- Green Card received!!!

What is the best number to call NVC? Can i also email them? Whats their email address for me to check my status if they akready got my file from uscis and also if i have my case number ready. Thank you

its 202-485-7600 . You can also email them but its not guaranteed that they will respond to your email that fast. I will recommend you to call them, they are very nice and friendly . we did call them just an hour ago and they provided us the information we needed(Ref #). good luck

Yes, its ceac.state.gov/ceac/ and then from IMMIGRANT section select "check my visa application status".

You need the "Manila case number" from NVC. It will start as "MNL" and followed by numbers. Try following them up thru phone 2weeks after your approval date.

Yes, you need your reference number from NVC. In your case it will most probably start from MNL############ . try to call them around 08:00 AM EST or after 10:00 PM EST. you might wait for 10-15 mints for some one to talk to you. make sure you have your old reference number(USCIS), petitioner/beneficiary names and date of birth. Good luck
