Wow, we are on almost the same timeline, Ours was approved on Jan 30th but I still haven't seen or heard anything from the NVC.

We called to get the info. Have you tried that?

Mailed off the I-129f on 1/13/15 and saw that it was delivered this morning. It feels good to start the process and now the waiting begins

FYI to all ya'll at CSC, you really shouldn't be complaining about waiting weeks for your NAO2 when the USCIS stated processing time is 5 months for the I-129f. Your timeline on VJ is not a cornerston

Yea I tried calling on Wednesday but all I got was an automated message about how their too busy to take any phone calls and kept hanging up on me. Maybe I wasn't calling the correct number, but i also filled out the online inquiry form on Thursday. I'll try to call again on Monday.

Just keep calling that same number and once you hear her say they are busy hang up and redial...again, again and again maybe 20+ more times till you hear something different. Then i waited on hold for about 30 minutes.

Our case is untouched since feb 4. I checked cases with numbers around- some with numbers higher are already approved or have RFE. Some with numbers lower are still 'received'...

Per stats, they are looking at cases received after ours.

Getting worried...

Sorry this is so frustrating! I don't know if it will help or not but our case got an RFE, and there was no indication that anyone was looking at the case in between the NOA1 and the RFE, but clearly they were. I hope you see something soon. The not-knowing is definitely the worst part! But if you have that NOA1, you've at least made some progress. Edited by ed-j

I try to be happy for everyone who gets approved, but I must say it is frustrating if it states that CSC is working on NOA1 date Jan. 31 now (we were Jan 12!), and loads of people who filed later (mailed Jan. 5, received Jan. 8) were approved, and we hear NOTHING ...

Same here- no movement... But we are later- NOA1 from jan 28...

All cases around us already approved/ RFE issued.

Yup only today he called after many tries and the agent happily informed him that our application is on transit today to our embassy :)

Did you guys have to call NVC everyday to get the case number?

Give them at least 2 weeks to work on coz it's really a pain just trying to call them. But if you didn't mind it, you can try in 10days after your noa2 ;)

Got my NVC Case number today and in transit to our Embassy :D

Mine was in transit too yesterday. Maybe were on the same batch to sent to our embassy.

01-11-2015: Submitted I-129F petition

01-15-2015: USCIS received the package i-129f

01-21-2015: Received notification with receipt no.

01-27-2015: Received hard copy of NOA1

02-02-2015: Approved petition (yay!!! So fast)

02-06-2015: Received hard copy of NOA2

02-18-2015: Assigned MNL case #

03-03-2015: Received hard copy of NVC Letter

03-16-2015: Medical

03-17-2015: Medical result passed!(Thank god)

Does anyone know how long will it take for them to reply to our sent RFE? Hopefully, the approval (NOA2) thank you..
