A little update, Yesterday I check the status online and it says ready, It was received yesterday in Kiev. Now I can choose the interview date and medical exam.

I have a question do I need to pay the visa fee before scheduling the interview or it doesn't matter as long as I pay before the interview?

I believe you have to pay first, because it won't let you schedule an interview if you don't have a paid fee.

I totally know how you feel, I was checking the status like a maniac waiting for someone to work on our case! Trust me, you will be approved soon! Not all of the petitions are approved already-it only seems so. I see here on VJ people that got NOA-1 end of December and they just got RFE 12 of February-meaning they filed earlier and got "movements" later than us and they have a Russian beneficiary too.

I am absolutely positive I will be saying congrats to you guys soon!

The I-797C is your NOA1 and it is possible to get your NOA2 in a short time from CSC but some people wait longer. The timelines on vj show around 22 days right now.

This also shows at the bottom of your timeline based on your date of NOA1, but like i said not guaranteed. Good Luck
