Sent out our petition on 31st January 2015 which they received on 9th Feb at Dallas Texas. Being accepted and routed to California service Centre for further process.

I have a question for old and new fellows here. We forgot to include passport "entrance and exit" copies which shows my fiancé visited me thou we have included a dozan pix , boarding pass and other tickets. Will that be an issue and they will ask for RFE or it doesn't matter as we have provided other evidences to support our petition .

Kind Regards

Can't tell you for certain. Sounds like you have submitted a lot of evidence and you may get and RFE or you may not too, it will probably depend on the officer if he/she is satisfied with the evidence altogether. Passport stamps are primary and most important evidence along with boarding passes, but like I said if you have boarding passes and other receipts and tickets that proove you were at the same place together it may be enough.

It's a slight delay for sure, but it is good at the same time, cuz they already looked at your case and just want some additional info or maybe something they are missing! And of course the fact that they approve quickly after RFE in most cases is yet another reason to be excited! Good luck!

Congrats! And good luck on the next step!

Thank you! Hope you get your approval shortly too!

You probably aren't far behind! :) This is pure speculation but I am guessing that the recent slew of snowstorms in the northeast and the resulting NVC closures may have led to some buildup of cases...hopefully not too long though!

I hadn't seen that one yet, very informative, thank you! I'm thinking either electronic signatures are holding me up or verification of my divorce, i.e. name check? Thanks so much!
