Mailed off the I-129f on 1/13/15 and saw that it was delivered this morning. It feels good to start the process and now the waiting begins

FYI to all ya'll at CSC, you really shouldn't be complaining about waiting weeks for your NAO2 when the USCIS stated processing time is 5 months for the I-129f. Your timeline on VJ is not a cornerston

4/06/2015 - Medical exam.

4/27/2015 - Interview passed!

Today, one month after receiving NOA1 my fiance called the USCIS number and they said they need more evidence. The letter is on its way... That really sucks. Hopefully this doesnt slow down our process too much!

If you're at CSC then they are approving petitions very fast. Be happy with the very little time you will wait in comparison to people waiting at TSC like myself and a lot of others in this forum who will be waiting months to see any action taken with their case.

K-1: NOA1 to Visa Approval - 8 MONTHS, 19 DAYS

AOS: NOA1 to Green Card Approval - 3 MONTHS, 16 DAYS

ROC:  - NOA1: January 16, 2018; Case Received at Local Office: January 5, 2019;...

1/13/15- Received by USCIS

1/15/15- Notice date

1/24/15- Received hard copy NOA1 in mail

2/18/15- APPROVED - text message 9:30pm

2/24/15- NOA2 - received in mail

3/5/15 - Case # assigned by NVC

3/9/15 - In transit to embassy

3/11/15 - Embassy in Warsaw received papers, status changed to ready

3/31/15 - Medicals booked for 4/16/15

4/26/15 - Interview booked for 5/26/15

5/26/15- :dancing::dancing::dancing: VISA APPROVED!!!

08/24/15- Enter to USA

09/12/15- Married

10/06/15- AOS- send

10/07/15- packet received at USCIS Chicago lock box

10/14/15- NOA1 - text, email received this morning

10/29/15- received text RFE on the way :(

11/3/15 - RFE received in the mail

11/4/15 - response to RFE send

11/17/15- received text - mail returned by post office on form I-765 and I-485

12/1/15- AP approved- 56 days - text/email received

12/1/15- EAD approved- 56 days - text/email received

12/5/15 - AP/EAD approval notice received in the mail

12/7/15 - Finally receive appointment letter for biometrics 12/22/15

12/8/15 - Did walk in biometrics

12/8/15 - AP/EAD card ordered

12/14/15- EAD/AP Card received in the mail

2/10/16- AOS- card ordered :dancing:

2/16/16- GC was mailed

2/19/16- Green Card received!!!

I've checked USCIS web site, it was approved Feb 6th, my fiance never got a text msg or email notification as well, although he got both when we received our NOA1.

Anyway we're still waiting for a hardcopy....getting worried about it.

It's hard to believe how fast California is processing these petitions and Texas is crawling along. Not that I'm not happy for everyone that is approved but it gets depressing reading all these fast approvals and knowing my case hasn't even been touched yet.

March 23, 2015: NOA2

April 8, 2015: Left NVC

April 12, 2015: Received by Consulate

May 1, 2015: Packet 3 Received

May 13, 2015: Interview and Approved!

May 19, 2015: Visa Received!

June 30, 2015: She arrived in the USA!

AOS, EAD, and AP

September 23, 2015: Mailed AOS, EAD, and AP packet to Chicago Lockbox

It's hard to believe how fast California is processing these petitions and Texas is crawling along. Not that I'm not happy for everyone that is approved but it gets depressing reading all these fast approvals and knowing my case hasn't even been touched yet.

I understand how you feel only in some way of course! I was one of the first to file in January and one of the last with my NOA-1 date to be approved. Each day I saw people with NOA-1 later than ours get approved and we still heard nothing. It made me read the forum threads looking for cases like ours and thinking what could have possibly been wrong! It is quite frustrating I admit. I tried to keep positive attitude and be happy for other couples, some days more successful than others.

With you it is the long wait that is at TSC at the moment, which is very upsetting too. The best I can do is to tell you to stay strong and think of the day you will be reunited with the loved one, but I understand that this will not bring much comfort! I really wish TSC speeds up for all of you guys to be together soon!
