If your interview was scheduled by the CONSULAR OFFICE Before the end of the year and you made the cut off of JANUARY 13th 2015,

YOU WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THE NEW CHANGES.... You do not have to make an appointment at the Visa Center since everything will be done and fee will be paid at EMBASSY.

This was confirmed to me this morning by embassy....

Good Luck to all!!!

Today at the facebook page of emvasdy someone who has his interview on january 12, asked to the general consul about if he need an appoinment at vca, and the consul answered him that he need go to vca first.

And the consul told him that if ge go to the consulate without go to vca, his case will be deleyed.

If the person who told you that you dont need to vca was from the new call center, that pwrson is wrong.

The person who are at the new call center are useless and dont know what they are answer.

Good luck and read on the facebook page of embassy from santo domingo the facebook chat every tuesday that the general consul do.

Today that was one of rhe first questions, it is in spanish i hope you go to the page find the question and do your apoinment at vca to avoid delay
