Secondary evidence, as boarding passes, hotel receipts, engagement ring receipt, pictures, labeled and dated, (who, where, date, etc) letters of intent to marry, etc, is much more important.

, engagement ring receipt, etc, is much more important.

That is a pointless piece of evidence.

Plus this is CR1. There are no letters of intent.

You do not need to include a chat log....We had letters from family, a couple cards, passport stamps, 12 pics on 4 pages, receipts fron USPS, Western Union, hotels, flights, etc. and a brief explanation of how we met and have been communicating. We did not get an RFE. I think a variety of evidence is more important than a huge quantity of pics or chats.

Hi guys i would like to ask about proof of relationship chat/call logs, me and my husband recently formatted our computers due to some malware bs, so our logs are all gone :cry2: :cry2: we only talked through skype 20hours a day so theres no means for us to even txt or call on the phone. I think i have all the proof needed besides this one :cry2: So any suggestions? Pleasseeeee help!! Thanks (L)

Hey man, better be truthful to yourself and at your interview....How in the world can you skype for 20 hours a day when a full day is just 24 hours?

Everyday?? I am not saying that's a lie but definitely not true....Like i said before just be truthful cos they (NVC) will definitely know....

Well, with such a close and intense relationship I'm sure you gave enough primary evidence that the chat logs won't even need to be mentioned.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath
