The date on the deposit slip is only for the bank deposit, you need to get to the bank before the expire date. Once you have made the deposit you can go to the web site and make the appointment or wait till the appointment you want opens up

Date on the deposit slip is ONLY for making the visa payment to BPI, your paid visa fee itself is good for one year. Keep the receipt that you get from BPI safe, it will be needed interview day.

Fiancée had to show her payment receipt at the USEM Pre-screening window, which was Step 2 of her interview.

The USEM kept her original receipt, so best to make a copy before the interview if you want a copy for your records.
