i-130 new form confusion

uscis.gov site dated jan 31 2007 has the old form with expiration date of 11/30/07 as the download for the i-130.which form is correct to use?i do not see the form with new requirements listed on this uscis site.only see on vj.any info appreciared,thanks

Yes, the form on the USCIS web site is the latest form and the OMB authorization does expire 11/30/07.

Did you read the information about the form on the forms index page and the form introduction page of the USCIS web site?

Here it says Prior Versions are Acceptable. So - if the top of my form says Expires 01/31/07 - I should still be okay to send out, right??
