Maybe important for the ones who got approved. I went to the USPS.COM to track my package/letter. I made an account at usps.com. because i didnt receive an tracking nr on uscis my case status. (That was only shown after i got the card)

When signed in to usps.com it will show you whats going to be send to you. Yes you can track a package/letter without a tracking nr., only sign up on usps and fill out your name, address etc.. you can also receive text msg or emails . That options are there too.

Maybe very handy to make that account now at usps.com.

So I'm sure I must be the last one on here who is still waiting but I guess I'm looking for advice on what to do?

I filed Jan 2015, and the last update to my case was Nov 2015.

I've called numerous times but to no avail and the last time I got a solid answer was in mid Feb when I was told they had an incorrect address for me and they couldn't tell me anything over the phone, so I had to write to them at Vermont via snail mail and correct the address and ask for an update.

I still haven't heard anything yet, so what can I do?

I presume since my GC expired Mar 28th 2015 they extended it for a year, but what happens after March 28th 2016? Am I still legal, can I still work etc.

Anyone shed any light on this for me?

Hello Folks,

The journey has finally come to an end for me. I was finally scheduled for an interview (waiver) on March 23rd which went very well. The interviewing officer told me the reason why they asked for an interview was because they just wanted to hear from me why my wife did file for divorce. She said all the evidence i provided looked very good and didn't see any reason why she wouldn't approve my application. Just a quick note, I didn't get an attorney (if you know your marriage is/was real, then I don't see why you should spend money and other resources hiring a lawyer -just my personal opinion). She told me verbally that she would approve the application. I never got any updates online on the case until yesterday when i called the customer service line and was told by an officer that my case was approved on March 23rd (day of interview). The officer did put in a service request and behold, yesterday evening I received a text and email saying "card in production".

Thank you guys for all your contributions and involuntary moral support. Very much appreciated.

So guys, I now know I am DEFINITELY last to get any updates, as after a lot of confusion and digging around, I am scheduled for an interview on Wed morning Aug 31st.

I will be attending this alone as I can't afford an attorney and I am obviously divorced from my ex wife.

After filing Jan 2015 and nearly two years later finally getting a response, the time has come..

Any tips for me at all from someone with a similar experience?

well folks after nearly two years waiting, I got a text today and checked my status online and it said 'card in production'!

To say I'm relieved is an understatement. After getting divorced and doing everything by myself with no legal representation, I finally had my interview last month and now I finally get some closure!.
