I am tryng to stay off of here and focus on life and work.

I'm still waiting ( No update for me. I sent the RFE package on 09/28/15, they received it on 10/3/15. I guess they need more time )

I wonder if I do not receive answer by the end of the year, can I apply for Citizenship or not ?

Any thoughts on that ??!!

Oh ok that's recent. Seemed like you sent it 2 weeks ago. Yes I would wait at least 2-4 weeks before inquiring or taking another step.

But the pattern seems to show approvals before 4 weeks. Right?

Yea the pattern actually shows that it takes between 10 to 14 days according to the other guys.
