Paul I think and believe now since we both have same local office i.e. Atlanta. I believe last month some 500 people were issued citizenship check this linlk:

I dont know if they are busy with them. But can see since most of the other cases are done for Jan andwe are the ones not done yet and only dot which is common is atlanta office.....

What do you think!!!!

It is definitely a possibility. But with so many unknowns, it's all guess work...

I'm sending my rfe packet tomorrow. I know a few people here got an rfe the same time that I did. Did anyone of you guys send the packet yet or heard back from immigration?

Thanks bumblebee. So this is weird I requested my transcripts for 2014 and got it but when I try to order the 2013 one it says that it's not available. What do I do?!

I sent my response to the RFE on 10/02 and haven't heard anything back from them. I'm expecting a response two weeks after receipt of the RFE response after which if i don't hear anything back from them then i might start to worry

Paul, VSCFOLLOWER, i am considering having my wife contact the local congressman if nothing happens until the 17th. 17th will be 60 days since the transfer and last online status update. I highly recommend you both obtain the necessary information about your local congressman and have it handy.

I don't know how much that's going to help Sammy. We were at the wrong place at the wrong time as they say. I don't think it's ever been this messed up

You are not at the wrong place at the wrong time. Your case got processed in a timely manner and am sure you will have your green card in hand before my case even gets looked at.

Soo... My lawyer was able to place an inquiry and he said that an answer about the case status will be procided by octobrr 30th
