I believe same for me have nto heard from them ....When I Called same BS....Dont know what to say if they need evidence or Interview still should tell us so that we can do it and get things moving....God Knows whats gonna happen!!!

Sammyboy - hang in there. The processing is not going according to any order. You might be next. Actually no news is good news. My status changed just two days ago. So yours might in the works still. let's hope you get the approval today! And good luck to everyone else

dccliare.... been hanging in there. Nothing that one can do.

But is is real frustrating..... i am sure the folks with RFEs will be approved and i will still be waiting.

I am convinced now that either they have lost my case or they are scheduling an interview for me.

Like the others have said, hang in there! Easy to say, not so easy to do I know....

We also hadn't heard anything after the NOA letter in early February, then just last week got a text message, then email stating that card production had been initiated. We received our cards today, along with a letter saying that the cards would be mailed to us soon LOL. So, in less than a week we went from not knowing anything (of course thinking the worst) to being in receipt of our ROC. :dance: Maybe you are next!

Maybe important for the ones who got approved. I went to the USPS.COM to track my package/letter. I made an account at usps.com. because i didnt receive an tracking nr on uscis my case status. (That was only shown after i got the card)

When signed in to usps.com it will show you whats going to be send to you. Yes you can track a package/letter without a tracking nr., only sign up on usps and fill out your name, address etc.. you can also receive text msg or emails . That options are there too.

Maybe very handy to make that account now at usps.com.

I mailed my response to the RFE on 10/2 and it is expected to be delivered today, 10/05. The 'wait' starts all over again . . . smh

AOS from F-1 visa

12/20/2012 (Day 0) - AOS package sent (I-485, I-130,I-131 and I-765)
12/22/2012 (Day 2) - AOS package delivered
12/28/2012 (Day 8) - Received NOAs for all four via email
01/09/2013 (Day 20) - RFE notification via email on I-485
01/15/2013 (Day 26) - RFE received via mail
01/28/2013 (Day 39) - RFE sent to NBC, Lee's Summit, MO
02/01/2013 (Day 43) - RFE response review on I-485
02/12/2013 (Day 54) - Testing and Interview (ready for interview scheduling)
02/19/2013 (Day 61) - Received emails on approval of travel document and EAD but not mailed yet
02/25/2013 (Day 67) - Email notification that interview is scheduled for March 27th
02/28/2013 (Day 70) - EAD card received in the mail
03/27/2013 (Day 97) - Interview day and PR approved on the spot!!! Waiting for card in mail . . .
