My case is already outside the normal processing time. NOA was 1/2/2015. CSC: 1/3/2015; VSC: 6 months.

How do I open a service request? Does anyone know if it helps?

I am in the same boat as you.
My plan is to have my lawyer open a service request next month once processing times get updated.
I would wait until then

Hi all, I'm almost done putting my RFE package together. I just want to confirm that we do NOT need copies of our passports or social security cards. Most pages here said they aren't required, but I wanted to double (triple) check. Thanks, Claire

My immigration consultant of our company suggested to call them and to ask if they sent me a RFE which I did not receive. The USCIS customer representative suggested to place a service request, which I did. Apparently, USCIS will send me a update by post within a month. I need to call them back if I don't receive anything in this month.

Thanks!

If you have traveled together out of the county and they can see the same dates as far as custom's stamps, I think you should send the copies and just attach a very brief note saying you have traveled together here and there and this is the proof, also if your last is the same as his on your social security cards I think you should sent them as well, after all you get the RFE because you weren't able to establish enough proof for "good faith marriage", so with the RFE you should sent them every little piece of evidence. This is my opinion, of course, but the more official evidence you sent them the higher the chances of getting approved:)

Good luck and keep us posted:)

When putting in a service request phone uscis and tell them you want to put in a service request. From there after the ball will start rolling
