For anybody interested, I just checked my online status after a day at the beach and saw this :"New Card Is Being Produced
On September 23, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

I'll believe it, when I get the card!

Here are my dates: Receipt Date 1/21/2015, BIO notice 02/27/2015, BIO date 3/18/2015, Transfer notice 8/17/2015 (CSC), 9/23/2015 card produced(If I can believe the status)

Here is what I sent them for my ROC:

• Copy of green card.
• Two sworn affidavits, attesting to our relationship and marriage.
• Copy of joint IRS Tax Return Transcript for Tax year 2013.
• Copy of my life insurance beneficiary designation to "ME".
• Copy of our car insurance, showing joint coverage.
• Copy of our joint checking account statement.
• Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy.
• Copy of our joint loan agreement

Best of luck to you guys! If you are ever in Florida, beers one me!

Now to prepare to file N-400 for next year :D

Congrats!!! And that's uplifting to you know that's that what you sent. That's exactly what I sent minus the car insurance and life insurance. This time I will send that plus the new tax return for 2014. I hope it will be a happy ending like yours :)

Thanks guys! It will happen for you too! I can't believe you filed way before me and still didn't get processed. Good things come to those who wait :)

It only took them over eight months. They beat their record by couple of months compared to my I-130

Please add my update, I got the RFE in letter on September 22, saying the RFE was sent out on September 18.

I response on September 24.

I had sent the drivers license, and some pictures, also some documents related to the car before.

The REF didn't ask for specific files, So I sent the following :

1, Copies of joint Tax returns and W2 forms:

2, Copies of bank statements:

3, Copies of documents related to our current car , under both our names

4, Copies of documents related to previous cars:

5, Copies of documentation of my health care coverage under my husband’s policy

6, Copies of letters addressed to my husband and me, respectively, at the same address

7, Copies of some addition documents

1) Screenshot of my husband’s amazon wallet showing that my husband and my credit cards set up as payment method under the same account

2) Print out showing that I have listed my husband as the emergency contact with my current employer’s HR department

No, I got the transfer notice on August 18,

I got the RFE in letter on September 22, saying the RFE was sent out on September 18.

I response on September 24.

I noted earlier in the thread when i had received my RFE. I guess no one paid attention to it.

Well, the RFE is dated September 10, 2015 and I received it September 14th, 2015. I'm trying to compile more evidence to send. Will let you the group know when that happens and the outcome.
