I got a text this morning, which is obviously wrong because has been completed and the card delivered. Their system may have had a hiccup.

Yea I got it from the same number and no update on the website. I hope to send the stuff 2 weeks from now. I need to get her all the documents.

israelidude, sorry to bug you, but did you get the text today or few days before before you got your RFE?

I got the "New card is being produced" update last night. It said that my case was reviewed on 9/11. It doesn't actually say "approved" anywhere... but only says new card produced.

I am really happy to be done with it and am looking forward to December to file for citizenship and then never ever hear from or deal with immigration ever again.

Good luck to all the ones who received FRE's, don't panic and follow their instructions... I'm sure it's a matter of a week or two.

I got the "New card is being produced" update last night. It said that my case was reviewed on 9/11. It doesn't actually say "approved" anywhere... but only says new card produced.

First I checked myself at around 7:15pm and it was already updated (at 6pm it still was not). Then I received an email at 9pm. This morning at 5am i received a text message with the same update. my tip to you fellas, don't bother checking the status 20 times a day because they WILL notify you pretty much right away.

I got the text after I got the letter..

The life insurance that I got and the car insurance both have yesterday's date as the effective date. Do you guys think it's a problem?

Yes I think affective date plays a big role. They don't want you to do things like life insurance or car insurance just for the purpose of passing the ROC process... IMO it might be even better if you don;t show it to them bc it's too obvious you've done it just for the ROC.

How about if I use just the car insurance. My wife doesn't have a license and just recently she decided she will get a license and started taking driving lessons.
